The Roman arch of Medinaceli is a Roman-period monumental arch located at the entrance to the town of Medinaceli in Castile and León, Spain. It survives as a freestanding stone structure set within the medieval and modern streetscape and is a distinctive landmark of the town.

The arch served as a monumental entrance on the Roman road passing through the area and has been maintained as part of the town fabric through later periods. Its preservation and prominent setting make it a visible example of Roman urban architecture reused within a later settlement.

The arch is located at the approach to Medinaceli and is easily seen from the town roads that cross the plateau above the surrounding countryside.
