How to Get to Requena-Utiel
Requena‑Utiel is reached easily by road from Valencia or Madrid via the Autovía A‑3 (Autovía del Este). By car it is roughly 70 km west of Valencia and about 300 km southeast of Madrid along the A‑3; leave the motorway at the exits for Requena/Utiel and follow local roads into the towns.
There is a Requena‑Utiel railway station on the Madrid-Valencia rail corridor served by regional trains; from the station a short taxi or local bus will bring you into Requena or Utiel town centres.

- Use Requena or Utiel town as your base and book bodega visits ahead of time - many wineries in the Utiel‑Requena DO require reservations, and small family bodegas often close on Sundays or for afternoon siesta.
