Ramat Gan Safari is a combined drive-through safari and walk-in zoological park located in Ramat Gan in Israel’s Tel Aviv District. It functions as one of the country’s principal zoological facilities.

The site includes a large drive-through area designed for viewing large mammals from vehicles and a separate walk-in section with aviaries, smaller mammal enclosures and educational displays. The layout allows close-range viewing of hoofed species in open enclosures and traditional zoo exhibits for smaller species.

The facility developed as the main zoological center serving the Tel Aviv metropolitan area and has evolved into a mixed safari and zoo complex used for public visits, education and conservation activities. Management and exhibits have changed over time to expand visitor access and animal care facilities.

Ramat Gan Safari is a short drive east of central Tel Aviv, accessible via Route 4 and local roads leading to Golda Meir Street. Public buses run from Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan central stations; check local Egged or Dan schedules for direct routes.

Parking is available on-site for drive-through visitors.
