Presqu’ile Provincial Park is a protected peninsula on the north shore of Lake Ontario near the town of Brighton, Ontario, preserving wetlands, beaches and shoreline habitat. The park is notable for its role in regional bird migration.

The area was set aside and developed as a provincial park to conserve the peninsula’s coastal habitats and to provide public access to Lake Ontario. Management focuses on habitat protection alongside recreational use.

The park projects into Lake Ontario on the province’s south shore, adjacent to the town of Brighton in southeastern Ontario.

• Bird migration: important stopover for migrating waterbirds and shorebirds, making spring and fall prime times for birdwatching.

Presqu’ile Provincial Park is located near Brighton, Ontario, off County Road 64/King’s Highway 33. It is approximately a 30-40 minute drive east of Belleville and about 90 minutes east of Toronto. Local signage guides visitors from Highway 33; parking is available at the visitor centre and designated lots.
