How to Get to Presque Isle State Park #

The park is most easily reached by car-it’s about 5 miles (≈8 km) from Erie’s city center and is accessed via the park road Peninsula Drive; public parking is available at the main park entrances and at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center. There is no regular rail service onto the peninsula, so visitors commonly drive from Erie (a short 10-15 minute drive from downtown) or use local taxis/rideshares to reach the park.
