Pinery Provincial Park is a provincial park on the Lake Huron shoreline in Ontario that protects dunes, beaches and distinctive oak savannah habitat.

The area was designated to protect its coastal dune systems and associated ecosystems and has been managed by Ontario Parks to conserve habitat while providing public recreation. Management has balanced beach use with habitat protection, particularly for rare plants and bird nesting sites.

Located on the eastern shore of Lake Huron in southwestern Ontario, the park sits near the small communities that serve as gateways to the lakeshore and is reachable by regional roads from larger centres in the region.

  • Distinct habitats: Park habitats include sand dunes, mixed woodlands and oak savannah, making it one of the few preserved oak savannah areas on the Lake Huron shoreline.
  • Access and timing: Beaches and the dune ridge are most accessible from the park's main day-use areas and are busiest on warm summer weekends; seasonal closures sometimes occur to protect nesting birds.
