Pilsensee is west of Munich in the Starnberg district. From München Hauptbahnhof take the S-Bahn S8 (toward Herrsching) to Seefeld‑Hechendorf station (about 35-40 minutes), then walk roughly 15-25 minutes to reach the lake shore depending on your route.
By car it’s roughly 30-40 km west of central Munich (routes via the A96/B2 are commonly used); park in Seefeld or nearby villages and approach the lake on local roads and footpaths.
