Parque del Café

Parque del Café is a coffee-themed park and cultural attraction in the department of Quindío, Colombia, that combines an interpretation center on coffee with amusement-park attractions and landscaped gardens. It presents coffee cultivation, processing and local traditions alongside rides and live performances.

Highlights include an interpretive coffee museum, staged cultural shows celebrating coffee-region music and dance, and a range of family-oriented rides and outdoor exhibits set among planted gardens. The park is both an educational center about coffee and a recreational destination.

The park was established in the late 20th century as part of regional efforts to celebrate and interpret Colombia’s coffee culture and to develop tourism in the Coffee Triangle. It remains one of the major tourist attractions in Quindío.

Parque del Café is located near the town of Montenegro in Quindío, within Colombia’s coffee-growing axis and within easy driving distance of the departmental capital, Armenia.
