Parc des Princes is a major football stadium in southwestern Paris, in the 16th arrondissement, and serves as the home ground for Paris Saint-Germain. The current stadium was opened in the early 1970s and replaced earlier football grounds on the same site.

The venue has an all-seated capacity in the high 40,000s and hosts domestic league matches, European fixtures and occasional concerts. Its design features close spectator sightlines and multiple covered stands adapted for professional football.

Built to modern sporting standards of its time, the stadium has been renovated and maintained for contemporary events and remains one of Paris’s principal sports venues.

The stadium sits near Porte de Saint-Cloud in Paris and is well served by public transport within the Île-de-France region.

Parc des Princes is in the Porte de Saint-Cloud area of Paris. Take Metro line 9 to Porte de Saint-Cloud - the stadium is a 2-5 minute walk from the station exit. You can also use RER C to Boulogne-Pont de Saint-Cloud and walk about 10-15 minutes. By car the stadium is on the western edge of Paris, reachable from the Boulevard Périphérique at Porte de Saint-Cloud; it is roughly 7-8 km west of central Paris depending on your start point.

• Use Porte de Saint-Cloud (Metro Line 9) or the nearby RER/Tram stops and arrive at least 60-90 minutes before kickoff to clear security and avoid the heaviest flow of fans entering the gates.
• Buy stadium tour tickets online in advance and choose a non-match day for the full behind-the-scenes experience - match days usually limit access to the museum and tour routes.
• If attending a match, check which gate is printed on your ticket and approach via the official pedestrian routes to avoid pickpocket-prone crowds on surrounding streets; local signage and stewards direct the flow.
