Parc del Laberint d'Horta

Parc del Laberint d’Horta is a historic garden in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, combining a late 18th-century neoclassical layout with a 19th-century romantic extension. Its defining feature is a cypress-hedged labyrinth set within landscaped terraces.

The estate was laid out for the Desvalls family in the late 18th century and expanded in the 19th century; it later passed into municipal ownership and has been preserved as a public garden. Many of the sculptural and architectural elements date from the original development and later 19th-century remodeling.

The park sits in Barcelona’s Horta-Guinardó district, on the northeastern edge of the city, and is reached by metro and local buses from central Barcelona. It occupies a compact urban site of terraces and woodland close to the Collserola hills.
