Papikonda National Park National Park

Papikonda National Park is a protected area in Andhra Pradesh that conserves forested terrain of the Eastern Ghats and stretches of the Godavari river valley. It is important for regional biodiversity and watershed protection.

Visitors encounter mixed deciduous and semi-evergreen forest, river gorges, and seasonal waterfalls and pools along tributaries of the Godavari. The park offers opportunities for wildlife viewing, trekking on established tracks, and observing riverine ecosystems.
