Oulu Cathedral is the main Lutheran cathedral in the city of Oulu, Finland, and serves as the seat of the Diocese of Oulu. The building is a prominent neoclassical church located in the city centre.

The cathedral stands on the city’s central square and is visible from nearby streets and parks; it functions as an active parish church and a venue for concerts and civic services. Interior visits are possible when services or events are not taking place.

The present cathedral reflects 19th-century neoclassical design and has been the principal church of Oulu for many decades, succeeding earlier parish churches on the site. It has undergone restorations and maintenance typical of major urban churches.

Sited in central Oulu close to the Market Square, the cathedral occupies a central position within the urban grid and is within easy walking distance of transport links and city amenities.

Oulu Cathedral lies in Oulu city centre beside the market square. It is a short walk from Oulu Central Railway Station (about 1.2 km) or reachable by local buses that stop near the market. From the port or riverside promenades, follow signs toward the Tuomiokirkko (Cathedral).
