Kraków John Paul II International Airport (KRK): Kraków (Balice) is the most convenient airport for visiting Oświęcim. From KRK you can get to Oświęcim by train from Kraków Główny (reachable by shuttle bus from the airport) - total journey time around 1-1.5 hours. Train fares from Kraków to Oświęcim generally range from PLN 8-30 depending on service and booking.

Katowice Airport (KTW): Katowice Airport is also used by many travellers; from KTW you can reach Oświęcim by bus or train via Katowice or Tychy with total travel times around 1-1.5 hours. Regional bus and rail options are available; fares are comparable to Kraków connections.
