Orebić on the Pelješac peninsula is reached by road and short ferry links: Dubrovnik or Split airports plus a bus/car journey are typical arrival routes, with local ferries connecting to Korčula. Expect one or more transfers from major hubs.

By Air

Dubrovnik Airport (DBV): Dubrovnik is the nearest major airport for Orebić region (drive plus ferry connections required). From DBV travel by road to the Pelješac peninsula (via Ploče or by road around the bay) and then to Orebić-total travel typically 1.5-3 hours depending on route and connections.

Split Airport (SPU): Split is another option with good ferry connections; overland travel plus ferries or catamarans can link to the Pelješac/Orebić area though travel times vary by service seasonality.

By Train & Bus

Train: There is no direct rail to Orebić; the nearest railhead is Ploče. From Ploče you continue by bus or ferry to Orebić. Croatia’s rail network can be combined with local bus services, but expect transfers.

Bus & Ferry: Direct buses run from Dubrovnik and Split to Orebić during the tourist season; there is also a short car ferry service connecting Orebić with Korčula town (approximately 10-20 minutes) which is useful for island connections.
