Nylon Pool is a shallow natural sandbar and swimming area off the southwest coast of Tobago, within the Buccoo Reef area near Pigeon Point. The feature consists of a white sand-bottomed shallows surrounded by clear sea water and is a popular stop on coastal boat trips.
The sandbar is typically waist-deep at most points and is used for swimming, wading, and short visits during calm sea conditions. Trips to the site are commonly sold from nearby Pigeon Point and Buccoo and are often combined with reef and birdwatching excursions.
There is no constructed infrastructure on the sandbar. The site is reached by short boat ride from Pigeon Point and other launch points on Tobago’s southwest coast and lies within the marine area associated with Buccoo Reef.
