How to Get to Nukutavake #

Nukutavake is a small, remote atoll in the Tuamotu-Gambier island group of French Polynesia and is reached almost exclusively by air. Air Tahiti operates scheduled inter‑island flights from Faa’a (Papeete) to many Tuamotu atolls (flights are infrequent and seasonal), and Nukutavake has a small airstrip with a short walk from the airfield to the village.

Sea access is possible only by private or charter boat and is irregular; if you plan to travel there, check current Air Tahiti schedules and island transport arrangements in Papeete.
