Noi Bai International Airport

The airport has two main passenger terminals: one dedicated to domestic flights and the other to international services. Terminals are connected by road transfers and the terminal complex contains check‑in halls, immigration, customs and airside gate areas. Facilities (shops, cafes, lounges) are concentrated within each terminal’s departure area.

Noi Bai is about 30-45 minutes from central Hanoi by road depending on traffic.

• Buses: Several airport bus lines and shuttle services connect the terminals with Hanoi city and major districts (including a public Bus 86 route to the Old Quarter); fares are inexpensive.
• Taxi / ride‑share: Metered taxis (Mai Linh, Vinasun) and Grab operate from the arrivals curb; fares to the Old Quarter vary by traffic but typically fall in a modest range.
• Private transfer / driving: Driving time to central Hanoi is typically 30-45 minutes; parking and car hire are available at the airport.

Noi Bai offers a full set of services for international and domestic travellers.

• Lounges: Airline and pay‑per‑use lounges operate in international and some domestic areas.
• Food & drink: A mix of local food stalls, cafés and restaurants is available landside and airside.
