The Museum Brandhorst is a contemporary art museum in Munich’s Kunstareal, opened in 2009 and designed by the firm Sauerbruch Hutton. It houses a private collection focused on post-1945 art and is one of Munich’s principal venues for contemporary painting and graphic work.
