Mount Ōdaigahara (Odaigahara) is a high plateau and mountain massif on the Kii Peninsula in central Japan, with a summit around 1,695 metres above sea level. It is a significant natural area within Yoshino-Kumano National Park.
The site is prized for high-altitude forest, boggy moorland and a network of marked trails and boardwalks that let visitors access viewpoints without damaging vegetation. Observation decks provide broad panoramas across the Kii Peninsula and are popular in both summer for alpine flora and in autumn for foliage.
