By Air

Maroua Salak Airport (MVR): Maroua is the primary regional airport serving Cameroon’s Far North; overland travel from Maroua to Mora is typical (journey times roughly 1.5-3 hours depending on road conditions). Travelers usually take a taxi or shared minibus (taxi-brousse) from the airport to regional bus stations for onward travel to Mora.

Yaoundé Nsimalen (NSI) / Douala (DLA): For international arrivals you may fly into Yaoundé or Douala and then transfer overland or via a domestic flight to Maroua before continuing to Mora. Expect a full-day transit by road from the Littoral or Central regions.
