Mini Israel
Museum Outdoor miniature park displaying Israeli landmarks at scale
Near Latrun, Mini Israel is a scale model park displaying miniature replicas of Israeli landmarks and cities; families and visitors use it to survey architecture, geography and regional highlights in one site.
Mini Israel is an outdoor miniature park in the Latrun area of Israel’s Central District that opened to the public in 2002. It presents a scaled representation of many Israeli buildings and landmarks in one compact site.
The park’s core attraction is the main miniature exhibition, with hundreds of small-scale models displayed across paved paths and garden areas. Models are grouped to represent different regions of Israel and are accompanied by plaques describing each site. The layout allows walking tours of the collection over a few hours.
Mini Israel was established as a private attraction in the early 21st century to showcase Israel’s architectural and historical landmarks in miniature form. The site has operated as a cultural and tourist attraction since opening and includes on-site visitor amenities.
The park sits near Latrun, adjacent to Highway 1 between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, within the Central District. It is easily reached by car from major nearby cities and is set on gently sloping landscaped grounds.
- Location convenience: The site lies beside the Latrun area in Israel's Central District, close to the main Tel Aviv-Jerusalem highway, making it an easy day stop from either city.
- Best visiting conditions: Models are arranged outdoors along accessible paths, so weather can affect the visit; spring and autumn offer milder conditions for walking the grounds.
