How to Get to Marrangaroo National Park

Marrangaroo National Park is north of Lithgow, New South Wales. From Lithgow take the Great Western Highway (A32) and local roads toward Marrangaroo; the park has several roadside access points and small car parks. The main picnic and trailheads are within a short drive of Lithgow (10-20 minutes).

Tips for Visiting Marrangaroo National Park

  • Use the Marrangaroo picnic areas as a base - they're good for a quick coffee stop and a look at the old railway cuttings.
