Mäntyluoto is a harbour peninsula and coastal district on the western side of the city of Pori in Satakunta, Finland, forming part of Pori’s seaport infrastructure. It functions as a working harbour with associated quays and marina facilities on the Gulf of Bothnia.
The area is dominated by port infrastructure, breakwaters and coastal access points; shore paths and viewpoints along the breakwaters are used for short coastal walks and watching harbour activity. The harbour head contains navigation aids and smaller berths for local vessels.
Mäntyluoto developed as the western port area serving Pori’s maritime trade and fishing activities. It continues to operate as a mixed commercial and recreational harbour for the city.
Geographically the peninsula projects into the Gulf of Bothnia on Finland’s west coast and lies within the municipal area of Pori in Satakunta.
