Mangalia is a coastal town in Constanța County on Romania’s Black Sea coast, located roughly 40-50 km south of Constanța. By car you follow DN39/E87 south from Constanța - driving time is about 45-60 minutes depending on traffic.
Regional trains run on the Constanța-Mangalia line (CFR) and there are regular intercity/regional buses from Constanța and other coastal towns; the station and main town are walkable to beaches and the town centre.
