How to Get to Makli Necropolis #
Makli Necropolis is located close to Thatta in Sindh province. It lies a few kilometres outside Thatta town (commonly cited as about 6-8 km). From Karachi drive east on the N‑5/Indus Highway toward Thatta (roughly 100 km by road) and then take a local road or taxi from Thatta to the Makli site; from Thatta it is a short taxi or rickshaw ride to the necropolis.
