Mae Wang National Park is about 40-60 km southwest of Chiang Mai city. From Chiang Mai, take Route 108 toward Mae Wang district and follow local signage to park entrances and trailheads; private car or arranged transport is most practical. Public songthaews and buses reach Mae Wang district from Chiang Mai and can be used for shorter hops.
