Los Remedios is a residential and commercial district on the west bank of the Guadalquivir River in Seville, Andalusia, Spain. It contains large avenues, housing, and the city’s main fairground used for major annual events.

Streets and squares in the district are used for shopping, local commerce and festivals; the area is characterised by planned avenues and mid-20th-century urban development. The district includes green spaces, local markets and transport links into central Seville.

Los Remedios developed in the 20th century as Seville expanded beyond its historic centre and has hosted major civic and cultural events since then. Urban growth and infrastructure projects have defined its street layout and residential quarters.

Geographically the district lies immediately across the river from Seville’s historic core, south-west of the city centre, and is connected by several bridges and public transport routes.
