Likava Castle

Likava Castle (Likavský hrad) is a ruined medieval fortress above the village of Likavka in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia. It is a prominent stone castle ruin that overlooks the surrounding valley and village.

The ruin includes remnants of defensive walls and towers and is a local landmark for visitors interested in medieval architecture and regional history. The site is accessible by foot from the nearby village and is used for sightseeing and occasional cultural events.
