Pointe‑à‑Pitre Le Raizet Airport (PTP): The main airport for Guadeloupe, located near Pointe‑à‑Pitre. From PTP to Le Gosier the drive is about 15-25 minutes by taxi; taxi fares typically range from around €20-35 depending on time and luggage. Car hire is available at the airport and is useful for exploring the island.
Les Saintes / Marie‑Galante connections: For arrivals by sea from neighbouring islands there are ferry links into Pointe‑à‑Pitre and other ports, with onward road connections to Le Gosier.
Train: There is no train network in Guadeloupe.
Bus / Minibus: Local buses and minibuses (sometimes called ‘taxi collectif’) link Pointe‑à‑Pitre with Le Gosier and other communes; these are the cheapest option but can be less predictable.
