Landmark 72

Landmark 72 is a mixed-use skyscraper complex on the western edge of Hanoi in the Nam Tf9 Lim district and was built as one of the city’s dominant high-rise developments. It is notable for its 72 above-ground floors and for housing offices, residences, hotel accommodation and retail space.

The complex includes a tall central tower with office space, serviced apartments and hotel facilities, plus a multi-level retail podium and conference areas. Upper floors provide panoramic views across Hanoi and to surrounding districts, and the site functions as a business and commercial centre on the city’s western corridor.

The tower was developed as a major urban project in the late 2000s and early 2010s to provide mixed commercial and residential capacity on Hanoi’s expanding western fringe. Construction marked a phase of rapid high-rise development outside the historic core of the city.

The complex sits in Nam Tf9 Lim district near the Mfd
