Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque is a prominent historic mosque in the walled city of Famagusta on the east coast of Cyprus, occupying the former Gothic Cathedral of Saint Nicholas. The building is notable for its Gothic architecture, including lancet windows, a high nave, and a large rose window on the west façade.

The structure was built during the Lusignan period in the 14th century as a cathedral and served as the principal Christian church of medieval Famagusta. Following the Ottoman conquest of the city in 1571 it was converted to a mosque and renamed after the Ottoman commander Lala Mustafa Pasha.

The building retains much of its medieval Gothic fabric but also shows alterations from its conversion and later repairs. It dominates the central part of Famagusta’s historic walled city and is visible from the surrounding streets and harbor.

It is located within Famagusta District on the eastern coast of Cyprus, inside the old city walls near the main urban core and port area.
