Lake Glubokoye lies in the remote Putorana Plateau with no public road access. The lake is reached only as part of organized expeditions-typically by charter helicopter or small plane from Norilsk, or by multi-day river/boat and overland trips arranged from Norilsk or Krasnoyarsk.
If you plan to visit, book through a licensed tour operator based in Norilsk; there are no regular public transit lines, bus numbers, or marked highways directly serving the lake.
