The zoo lies in central Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi District. The easiest approach is by metro: take the metro to Zoloti Vorota or Universytet stations and then walk 10-20 minutes (or take a short city bus/taxi) through Shevchenko Park toward the zoo entrances.
