Kuhsar Park is an urban public park in the northern part of Tehran province, located on the southern slopes of the Alborz range within the greater Tehran metropolitan area. It functions as a municipal green space providing outdoor recreation for residents of northern Tehran.
The park offers a network of paved and unpaved paths for walking and light hiking, picnic areas, playgrounds and viewpoints that look over parts of Tehran. It is primarily visited for day-use recreation rather than formal cultural attractions.
Developed and managed by Tehran Municipality, the park was created to provide accessible green space for the expanding northern districts of the city. Facilities and paths have been upgraded periodically by municipal authorities.

How to Get to Kuhsar Park #
Kuhsar Park is in northern Tehran in Tehran province near Shirud and Sa’adat Abad neighborhoods. Metro access is limited; the easiest public route is by taxi or municipal bus from Vanak Square (about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic). Driving along Shahran or Hemmat roads and following signs for Kuhsar/Tochal will get visitors to park entrances and parking areas.
