Kot Addu is best reached by road from Multan or nearby district centres; the local railway station provides additional connectivity. For most visitors, buses, shared vans and taxis from Multan are the practical options.
Multan International Airport (MUX): Multan is the closest major airport serving southern Punjab. From MUX you can reach Kot Addu by taxi or private car in about 1-1.5 hours; taxis are the fastest option and typically cost in the low thousands of PKR depending on negotiation and vehicle.
Lahore/Islamabad airports: These are much farther and only used when connecting from other regions; expect long road or rail transfers into southern Punjab if arriving at these airports.
