Kordopulov House

The Kordopulov House is an 18th century merchant’s residence in Melnik, Blagoevgrad Province, Bulgaria, notable as one of the town’s largest preserved traditional houses.

Built in the 18th century by a wealthy merchant family, the house served as a combined residence and commercial premises linked to Melnik’s wine trade. Over time it was converted into a museum to preserve the vernacular architecture and local cultural artifacts.

Situated in the centre of Melnik, the house sits within the town’s cluster of historic sandstone buildings and narrow streets in southwestern Bulgaria, near the Pirin mountain foothills.
