Connections are mainly by scheduled airport buses, taxis and hired cars; there is not a direct heavy‑rail station at the terminal itself, so buses are the common public‑transport link to Kanazawa and nearby cities.

• Airport bus: Regular buses run between the airport and Kanazawa Station; journey time is typically about 30-40 minutes.
• Taxis: Available outside arrivals for direct transfers to Kanazawa or local destinations.
• Driving / car hire: On‑site car rental is available and driving to Kanazawa takes roughly the same time as the bus depending on traffic.

Komatsu’s terminal offers the basics: cafés and vending machines, a small selection of shops selling travel essentials and souvenirs, car rental desks and tourist information. Free Wi‑Fi is usually available for short sessions; power outlets are present in gate areas. Expect limited lounge facilities compared with larger city airports.

There are a few small hotels and business properties within a short drive of Komatsu Airport and larger hotel choices in Kanazawa. For short layovers the most convenient option is to stay in Kanazawa city centre (near Kanazawa Station) which is connected by regular buses from the airport.
