How to Get to Jincheng

Jincheng (晋城) is more easily reached by rail or long‑distance coach than by air; the city's main rail points are Jincheng Railway Station (晋城站) and Jincheng South (晋城南) for many high‑speed services. There is no large commercial airport in the city - travelers normally fly into nearby hubs such as Zhengzhou Xinzheng (CGO) or Taiyuan Wusu (TYN) and continue by train or coach.

By Air

Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (CGO): From CGO you can take the airport shuttle or taxi to Zhengzhou East Railway Station (shuttle ~¥20-30, 40-60 min; taxi ~¥60-90, 35-50 min) and then a high-speed train to Jincheng (see train card). Taiyuan Wusu International Airport (TYN): From TYN take the airport shuttle or taxi to Taiyuan Railway Station or Taiyuan South (shuttle/taxi ~¥30-80, 30-60 min).
