Jamia Mosque (Hong Kong)

Jamia Mosque (Hong Kong) is the city’s oldest mosque, situated in the Central and Western District on Shelley Street in the Mid-Levels area. The small mosque serves the local Muslim community and stands within a compact urban site.

The mosque consists of a modest prayer hall and a small courtyard tucked into the hillside urban fabric; it is surrounded by residential and commercial streets and is easily reached from the Mid-Levels escalator.
