How to Get to Jabat
Jabat Island is an outer island of the Marshall Islands reached from Majuro (Amata Kabua International Airport, MAJ). Inter-island services are limited-travel onward from Majuro requires checking domestic flight timetables or arranging a boat charter.
Amata Kabua International Airport (MAJ): Majuro (MAJ) is the primary international gateway for the Marshall Islands; taxis and shuttles take about 10-15 minutes into town from the airport.
No regular international flights to Jabat: Jabat Island is a small outer island without scheduled international service. Access is via domestic flights if served or by boat charter from Majuro; confirm availability with Majuro operators prior to travel.
Train: There are no trains in the Marshall Islands.
Bus & Boat: There is no public bus system between atolls. Inter-island travel relies on Air Marshall Islands’ flights (variable schedule) or private/cargo boats. Within Majuro local taxis and small shuttles handle short transfers.
