Isola di Foradada is a small rocky islet off the northwest coast of Sardinia, near the town of Alghero. The islet is uninhabited and known for clear coastal waters and rocky shoreline.
The islet is popular with day-trippers for short boat excursions, snorkeling and coastal viewing; trips typically depart from Alghero’s harbor. There are no visitor facilities on the islet and landings are brief.
There is no extensive built history on the islet; it has been used traditionally by local fishers and as a natural coastal feature. Its character has remained largely unchanged as a small uninhabited rock outcrop.
Geographically the islet lies off the northwest Sardinian coast in the Mediterranean Sea, close to the Capo Caccia/Porto Conte area and accessible from Alghero by small craft.

- Bring a hat: the "foradada" (holed) rock creates a photogenic glare-free opening but very little shade.
- The islet is fragile - stick to established mooring spots and avoid stepping on seabed vegetation when swimming.
