The Isle of Sheppey is an island off the north coast of Kent in southeastern England, lying in the Thames Estuary. It contains several seaside towns and has a mix of maritime, agricultural and holiday resort areas.

Visitors encounter coastal promenades, sandy and shingle beaches, seaside towns and nature reserves that support wading birds and saltmarsh habitats. The island provides local museums, promenades and traditional coastal leisure activities.
