Ince Minaret Madrasa

The Ince Minaret Madrasa is a 13th-century Seljuk-era madrasa in Konya Province, Turkey, notable for its finely carved stone portal and the slender minaret that gives the complex its name.

Erected in the 1200s during the Seljuk period as an educational and religious institution, it served as a madrasa and later entered state care; surviving elements have been conserved and exhibited. Over time the building has been repurposed to display architectural fragments and examples of period stone and woodwork.

Positioned in the historic core of Konya in south-central Anatolia, the madrasa sits among other Seljuk monuments and is accessible from the city’s central districts.
