Ibiza operates a single passenger terminal with both domestic and international processing in the same building. During the high season the single terminal becomes busy, with check-in, security and passport control concentrated in the main hall and gates reachable by a short walk from the central concourse.

The airport is close to key resorts and is served by buses, taxis, car hire and private transfers; travel times to Ibiza Town and popular resort areas are generally 10-30 minutes.
