The Hong Kong Science Museum is a public science museum in Kowloon focused on hands-on learning and interactive exhibits. It opened in the early 1990s and is located near other major museums in the Tsim Sha Tsui East area.

The museum’s permanent galleries host several hundred exhibits across multiple halls, emphasising mechanics, energy, transportation and human biology through demonstrations and interactive displays. Rotating temporary exhibitions and school programmes are also part of its regular offering.

The facility was developed to broaden public science education across Hong Kong and has been a venue for school visits and public outreach since its opening. It is in an urban museum district close to the MTR and other cultural institutions.
