Hithadhoo is an inhabited island in Addu Atoll (Seenu Atoll), Maldives, and is one of the main population centres of Addu City. It is among the largest and most developed islands in the atoll.
The island functions as an administrative and residential hub within Addu, with local services, markets and community infrastructure. Visitor activity is largely local in character rather than centered on large-scale tourism developments.
Hithadhoo forms part of Seenu Atoll in the far south of the Maldives and is administered within Addu City. The atoll group is the southernmost major atoll cluster in the Maldivian island chain.
- Nearest airport: Addu's international air services operate from Gan Island, which lies within the same atoll and provides the main air access for the southern atoll group.

Hithadhoo is part of Addu Atoll (Seenu Atoll). Addu’s Gan International Airport receives domestic flights from Malé; from Gan island Hithadhoo is reachable by short domestic transfer or inter-island boat services.
