Hayling Island is a low-lying island off the south coast of England in Hampshire, connected to the mainland by a road bridge from Havant. The island is a coastal community known for sandy beaches, boating, and seaside recreation.

Hayling Island is accessed by the A3023 from Havant across the Hayling Bridge (note traffic can back up in summer). Parking is available at public car parks near Eastoke and Sinah Common; local buses connect to Havant and Portsmouth.
