Haql City
City in Al Jawf Region of Saudi Arabia
A Red Sea border town where fishermen haul in small tuna and shallow reefs sit offshore; visitors snorkel, cross to Aqaba, and spend evenings at open‑air seafood grills and Bedouin tea tents.
Why Visit Haql?#
Haql occupies a coastal edge where the Red Sea’s clear waters and coral reefs attract snorkelers and divers looking for quieter dive sites. Small seafood restaurants serve grilled fish and local specialties, and dhow fishing traditions still shape daily life along the shoreline. Proximity to cross-border islands and sandy coves makes Haql a practical stop for travelers who want marine scenery, simple coastal culture and evening gatherings rooted in regional Bedouin hospitality.
