Gvozdansko Castle is a ruined medieval fortress located near the village of Gvozdansko in Sisak-Moslavina County, central Croatia. The surviving stone structures date to the late medieval period and the site is regarded as a regional historic ruin.
The site consists of exposed stone curtain walls, fragmentary towers and ruins of internal buildings set on a rocky hill, offering views across the surrounding valley. Access is on foot from the local road and the remains can be explored at close range, with visible masonry and defensive earthworks.
The castle was constructed in the late medieval period as a fortified stronghold on a strategic hillside; it later fell into ruin and has not been continuously occupied since the early modern era. Over time the structure deteriorated and today stands as an archaeological and cultural landmark.
