How to Get to Gotska Sandön National Park #
Gotska Sandön is an island national park north of Gotland and is reached by scheduled passenger boats during the summer season from Fårösund on Gotland. To get to Fårösund you travel north from Visby by car or regional bus (roughly a one‑hour drive depending on route), then board the seasonal boat to the island; cars are not permitted on Gotska Sandön and you disembark to walk short distances to the park’s trails and beaches.
